Suffolk HealthCare, which operates the Internet site "Communicator" located at
http://www.suffolkhealthcare.com, recognises the importance of protecting
the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about visitors to
our site. As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as

Suffolk HealthCare may engage in activities with other
branches of UNISON for
collection of information or other services with whom personal information is
jointly collected or shared. We will make it clear at the time of collection whom
is asking for and/or sharing your information internally only. If situations
where your information could be shared, it is recommended that you also review the privacy
policy of other Branches or services provider with whom we are or may be engaged
with at that time.
Cookies

used by many Web sites, including Suffolk HealthCare's Communicator, can facilitate a user's
ongoing access to and use of a site. They allow us to track usage patterns and

However, Communicator does not save passwords or the data of such use of credit card information
which could be contained within standard Cookies
as these are not necessary for our purposes,
nor are our Cookies programs that can cause damage to a user's systems or files.

Use and Security
Personally identifiable information that visitors submit to our site is used
only for the purpose for which it is submitted and intended unless otherwise
stated. Suffolk HealthCare operates in full compliance with the standards,
procedures and requirements as laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and
1998 to ensure that all personal information obtained is kept secure at all

Please remember that any information posted on bulletin boards and/or
communicated in guest book areas becomes public information to which we have no
control. You should use
caution if or when sharing information, as any of it can be collected and used by
people you may not know. Users under the age of 18 should be particularly
careful not to divulge any personal information. While Suffolk HealthCare
strives to protect and respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of
any information you disclose on the guest book or bulletin board and you do so at your own risk.
If at any time after submitting your personal information to our site and you
would no longer like to receive information from us, simply add "unsubscribe"
to your mail heading.
Suffolk HealthCare does not knowingly collect personally identifiable
